Join Craig* for this relaxing and rejuvenating yoga class, designed to soothe and instill mindfulness. During this one-hour session, participants will gain a greater understanding of the physiology of yoga and how it can help promote health and wellness. Craig will draw upon his nursing expertise to share tips for enhanced well-being. Perfect for beginners to advanced, you’ll leave this class empowered with new knowledge and a deeper sense of inner peace.
What To Bring: yoga mat, water bottle, a small towel, and a thirst for fun!
